Okay, just to make sure I'm on the same page here since you think I'm just messing with you I had seen this article, but my host machine has 16GB of ram so it wouldn't apply. The license error message really has me stumped. I re-downloaded the ISO thinking it might have been corrupt. Still got the error. Maybe an Hewlett-Packard driver issue? Pretty standard machine. So this Linux VM guest will not boot correct? If that's the case, have you tried removing all network adapters from the config and then try booting it?
